Chris Cottongim is the Principal in Charge for all projects at the 5253 Design Group. He is involved in every aspect of developing a project from the initial meetings, to drawing preparation, cost estimating, scheduling, specifications, and contract administration.
Mr. Cottongim has designed, prepared contract documents, and administered contracts for institutional, municipal, educational, office facilities, residential, and commercial projects. Completed projects of these types include facilities of new construction, renovation, and remodeling. His experience includes master planning, site/land planning, programming, space planning, cost estimating, and the preparation of code, technical and feasibility analysis.
