Project Description: 

     

This was a renovation of the existing library and an addition of the Children's Stacks room to the Middlesboro Library Branch.   The renovation included new restrooms, break room, community room, , study rooms, new front entrance, HVAC updating, ceilings, flooring, paint, furniture, and shelving.  Site updates included rejuvenating the parking lot.

 

Project Costs:               Construction Cost: $900,000
