Project Description: 

The existing Branch for Richmond is 19,100 sq ft library.  They were in need of a sizable expansion to meet the needs of the community.  The new addition is a 3 Story 20,000 sq. ft. addition which consist of Community Rooms, Group and Individual Study Rooms, and Administrative Offices.    Sections of the existing library are being renovated for new Stack Spaces, Computer Rooms, Digital Services, and Staff Rooms.  The project involved consolidating all library functions into one building allowing the daily activities to run and be managed more efficiently.   

Project Costs:               Construction Cost: $4,600,000

Project Status:              Construction Start Fall 2017
