Project Description:

      

This project was a total renovation of the existing 9,900 SF Library and provide an Addition of 11,000 SF.  The new building will have a totally new presence on the street along with different entry points.

                                                 

Project Costs:     Total Scope:  $3,272,674.00

                            Construction Budget: $2,930,400.00               

 

Project Status:     Complete December 2010
